This weekend join us as we dress 2 of the most popular wedding venues on the east coast! On Saturday we’ll be transforming Finnstown Castle in Lucan and on Sunday we’ll be taking our very own unique style and transforming Tinakilly House in Wicklow.
Considered as one of the top wedding venues Dublin has to offer, Finnstown Castle is located in a beautiful idyllic country setting located just outside Lucan village. We have very long running working relationship with Finnstown Castle and we have seen it go through many changes in our tenure there as Venue Florists and Wedding Designers but this year the guys at Finnstown Castle have made some very significant changes to the venues appearance and weddings packages with fantastic new suppliers (Event Central) for their basic packages and the redesigning of their fabulous front lawn.
The ‘Irish Wedding Diary’ describes Finnstown Castle Hotel Dublin as “one of the best wedding reception venues in Ireland”.

All our guests have commented on the service & said the staff couldn’t do enough for them which is lovely to hear. Introduced to Tinakilly House by our close and at the time "Engaged to be Married" friends we instantly fell in love with it. Its old world charm runs deep through the corridors of the main house that has been beautifully restored over time. It’s individully styled rooms, four poster beds and grand sweeping views of the Irish Sea make it impossible not to like. From the moment you are engulfed by the very Grande Victoian Entrance draped in matured hedera canariensis it is hard to think of any other place you would like to be. Set into 14 acres of mature and landscaped gardens this venue ranks very highly on our favourites list..
We could talk about these 2 venues all day long, be it all the fantastic weddings we have been part of or the great nights we have enjoyed as guests but we won’t we will simply urge you to go and find out for yourself!
For couples looking for a wedding venue Finnstown Castle Fair begins at 1pm on Saturday 20th and Tinakilly House begin theirs at 10am on Sunday 21st. Make sure to say hello if you see us there! And if you are not looking to get married and just looking for a short escape but don’t want to travel too far you should make a point of enquiring after either of these beautiful old world estates as we can personally recommend both for a great night away..
